Privacy Policy

Hatch Studio operates from Singapore and handles personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get it back or deleted.

What we collect

• When you order: your business name, email address, and optionally your WhatsApp number, industry, description of your business, services and brand preferences.
• After you pay: anything you choose to add to your order brief — your story, services, address, opening hours, social links — plus any logo or photos you upload. Every one of these fields is optional.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount — never your card number.
• Support messages: emails you send us, and messages if you contact our Telegram bot.
• Website analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic measurement on hatchstudio.io. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.

Why we use it

Solely to build, deliver and support the website you bought, to take payment, and to contact you about your order. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

Who else touches it

These service providers process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Vercel — website hosting, file storage for your uploads, and analytics.
• Neon — the database holding your order and site content.
• Resend — sending order and delivery emails.
• Telegram — only if you choose to message our support bot.

Some of these store data outside Singapore. We only use providers that offer protection comparable to the PDPA.

Your order link

Your order tracking page uses a private, unguessable link rather than a password. Treat it like a password: anyone with the link can see your order details and brief. Tell us if you think it’s been shared and we’ll issue a new one.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while we’re working with you and for up to seven years afterwards for business and tax records. Uploaded images are kept as long as your site is published with us. You can ask us to delete anything that isn’t legally required.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email support@hatchstudio.io and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Your own website’s visitors

Sites we build for you don’t include advertising trackers by default. If you ask us to add analytics, a booking tool or a chat widget, that provider’s privacy terms will apply to your visitors, and publishing your own privacy notice becomes your responsibility.
